摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素泵持续皮下输注(CSII)与每日多次皮下注射胰岛素(MDI)治疗在2型糖尿病并发白内障术前的应用。方法:收治2型糖尿病并发白内障术前患者60例,随机分为胰岛素泵持续皮下注射组(CSII组)28例与多次皮下注射胰岛素组(MDI组)32例,比较两组在血糖控制水平、胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间及低血糖发生率上的差异。结果:两组方法在术前均能有效控制血糖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义。CSII组的各项指标均优于MDI组(P<0.05)。结论:对于2型糖尿病并发白内障的患者,胰岛素泵持续皮下注射与多次皮下注射胰岛素降糖效果相当,但胰岛素泵持续皮下注射用量少,血糖达标时间短,低血糖发生率低,是目前2型糖尿病并发白内障患者手术前准备的一种比较安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To explore the application of continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump(CSII) and multiple dailyinjection of insulin(MDI) in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with cataract before operation.Methods:60 type 2 diabeticpatients with cataract before operation were selected,they were randomly divided into continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulinpump group(CSII group) with 28 cases and multiple daily injection of insulin group(MDI group) with 32 cases,we compared thelevel of blood glucose control,insulin dosage,blood sugar compliance time and the incidence of hypoglycemia of the two groups.Results:Before operation,the two groups were able to control blood glucose effectively,the difference was significant(P<0.05),butthe difference between two groups was not statistically significant.The indexes of CSII group were better than those in MDIgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract,hypoglycemic effect of continuoussubcutaneous infusion of insulin pump and multiple daily injection of insulin was same,but the amount of continuoussubcutaneous infusion of insulin pump was little,the blood sugar compliance time was short,the incidence of hypoglycemia waslow,at present,it was a safe and effective treatment method for type 2 diabetic patients with cataract before operation.
