摘要
目的观察双C方案对脆性糖尿病的治疗效果。方法在2011年2月至2013年2月人院患者中随机选择年龄介于10—40岁、病程5～15年不等的脆性糖尿病20例，分为双C组10例和每日多次皮下注射胰岛素组（MDI）组10例，观察2种方案在脆性糖尿病患者中血糖控制、血糖波动及低血糖事件。结果双C方案组10例患者血糖波动幅度在（7．5±2．1）mmol／L，72h内8例患者出现37次低血糖，无症状低血糖15次；MDI组10例患者血糖波动幅度在（5．8±1．6）mmol／L，7例患者中出现22次低血糖，无症状低血糖8次。结论双C方案在提供动态血糖指标、及时发现无症状低血糖、平稳控制血糖方面具有优越性。
Objective Observation of the curative effects on the treatment of brittle diabetes with Double - C program. Methods Totally 20 cases were randomized into the double - C group （10cases） and the MDI group （10cases）. And the blood glucose control, blood glucose fluctuations and Hypoglycemic events were observed. Results The blood glucose fluctuation range of double - C group： （7.5 ±2. 1 ） mmol/L,8 eases appear 37 hypoglycemia within 72 hours, 15 times of asymptomatic hypoglycemia,while those of the MDI group were （5.8 ± 1.6） mmol/L, 7 cases appear 22 hypoglycemia within 72 hours, 8 times of asymptomatie hypoglycemia respectively. Conclusion Double - C program has superiority of provide continuous glucose monitoring index, timely find asymptomatic hypoglycemia, stable control blood glucose.
