摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合康复训练对卒中患者吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法:选取卒中吞咽功能障碍患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规康复方法锻炼指导,实验组采用中西医结合康复训练,观察两组康复效果。结果:实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,肺部感染发生率显著低于对照组,生活质量评分及Barthel指数显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合康复训练可改善卒中后吞咽功能障碍,提高其日常生活能力。
Objective: To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine plus rehabilitation training on swallowing dysfunction in strokepatients. Methods: 60 cases were divided into the experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group tookconventional rehabilitation training; the experimental group took the integrative medicine plus rehabilitation training. Results: The totalefficacy,quality of life, Barthel were higher; and incidence of pulmonary infections were lower in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion: The integrative medicine plus rehabilitation training can improve swallowing dysfunction in stroke patients and quality of life.
