摘要
以MnSO_4和KMnO_4为原料,采用密闭微波消解的方法合成了MnO_2材料,并研究了其超级电容性能。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及充放电测试等手段对材料的形貌、结构和性能进行了表征。测试结果表明,密闭微波消解法合成的MnO_2材料的比电容为233.1F·g^(-1),在0.5A·g^(-1)的测试电流条件下循环100次后比容量保持率为84.8%,说明材料具有较好的超电容性能。
With MnSO4 and KMnO4 as raw material, the MnO2 was synthesized by closed microwave digestion, the performancewas researched by SEM,XRD and charging and discharging test. The test result showed that the specific capacitance of MnO2 was233.1F/g on 0.5A/g, and kept at a rate of 84.8% after 100 cycle times. The materials had high specific capacitance and good cyclestability.
