摘要
在新常态背景下,经济增长从高速向中高速转化,此背景下的地方经济发展动力,各界对科技创新寄予了厚望。怎样更好发挥科技创新这个"牛鼻子"作用,需要政府明确自身的功能和定位,更加科学的加以引导,在科技体制改革、科技成果转化、创新环境监督、科技经济融合等方面提供更好的服务,为科技创新在促进地方经济发展中起到更大的引擎作用来保驾护航。
Based on the new normality background, economic growth transfers from high speed to mediumhighspeed, people of all fields express their great expectations to technological innovation which is the driving force for the development of local economy. How to give a better play to the technological innovation which is honored as“the noise of an ox”, the government should specify its own function and orientation to more scientifi-cally guide and provide betterservices regarding science and technology system reform, technological achieve-mentt ransformation, innovation environment supervision, and scientific& technological and economic fusion,etc., and promote the scientific innovation to play a greater supportingrole in local economic development.
