摘要
企业流程再造的创新体系是保证企业流程再造是否能实现的关键。为了获得竞争优势,许多公司都在尝试业务流程再造,但是这种变革并没有给公司带来显著的业绩。究其原因,流程再造过于关注流程再造结构本身,而对流程所需的创新体系的组合很少重视。流程再遣需要观念创新、规制创新和技术创新系统的整体变革。
The innovation system for business process reengineering is critical to assuring the realization of it. Through the analysis of the constitution of business process reengineering, the paper sets forth the necessity of a deep system reformation which consists of conceptual innovation institutional innovation and technical innovation. It briefly points out the interrelation of three kinds of innovation in the innovation system system of business process reengineering.
