摘要
大型装备制造业的发展已成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。液压压力机是比较重要的压装设备之一。加强对其结构的研究与分析,有十分重要的意义。基于软件Solidworks和Ansys Workbench软件协同分析与优化,以液压机下横梁结构静态应力分布和等效变形为基础,以轻量化为目标对其进行参数化建模,借助Design Explorer快速优化工具进行优化改进。
The development of large equipment manufacturing industry has become an important symbol to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. The hydraulic press is one of the important equipments in the press. It is very important to strengthen the research and analysis of its structure. Based on collaborative analysis and optimization by the software of SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software, with lightweight as the goal of the of parametric modeling and Design Explorer rapid optimization tools, the hydraulic press crossbeam structure static force distribution and equivalent deformation are optimized and improved.
