摘要
针对电液比例液压压力机控制系统具有非线性和参数不确定性的特点,提出了模型参考自适应控制算法。对液压压力机的位置和速度进行了理论和实验研究,使其满足液压压力机的位置和速度的复合控制要求。实验结果表明,所提出的控制算法使系统具有较好的鲁棒性,并且对被控对象和参数变化也具有良好的适应性。
The model reference adaptive control algorithm (MRACA) was proposed aimed at the featares of non-linearity and variables of the hydraulic press machine with proportional valve. The theoretical and experimental research on the position and speed control of the hydraulic press machine was carried out. The control of position and speed of the hydraulic press machine during the working process were realized at the same time. Experimental results show that the proposed controller has better robustness subject to load variables and adaptability of parameters variation of the hydraulic press machine with proportional valve.
