基于层次-灰色关联分析的高校教师教学质量的定量评估

摘要 为提高教学质量评估的准确性,减少判断上主观因素的影响,以同行专家和学生作为教师教学质量评价的主体,由于两个评价主体所评价的特点和侧重点不同,分别建立专家用和学生用的评价体系,然后利用层次分析法和灰色关联分析相结合的方法建立综合评价模型对教师的教学质量进行评价,为教学质量的评价提供一种思路和方法。 In order to improve the accuracy o f teaching quality evaluationand reduce the effects o f subjective elements, experts andstudents are seen as bodies of the evaluation in this paper. Onaccount of different features and emphasis of these two assessmentbodies, the paper establishes the teaching quality assessment systemsfor experts and students respectively at first, then applies a syntheticmodel comprised AHP and Grey Correlation Analysis to theevaluation of teaching quality, which satisfies various assessmentneeds of different bodies, providing a new thought as well as methodfor the teaching quality evaluation.
