摘要
分析辐射骚扰试验的测试原理和试验过程中不确定度的影响因素。这些影响因素包括:测量设备、辅助设施、环境、测试方法等几个方面,该文阐述了辐射骚扰测试的不确定度数学模型和计算方法。从辅助设施对试验的影响分析入手,研究了试验桌这一常被忽视的因素,及其对于试验结果的影响,并给出了试验桌不确定度的评定方法,公式推导以及计算过程。
This paper analyzed the mechanism of the radiated disturbance measurements,and explainedthe uncertainty factors.The influencing factors include:measuring apparatus,assistant equipment,testing environment,measurement method and etc.The corresponding uncertainty of radiated disturbance was putforward combined with the possible reason.In order to find the neglected factor,the uncertainty of testingtable was analyzed.The theoretical analysis,formula deduction and practical calculation procedures are alsopresented.
