摘要
基于30MHz~1GHz范围内在半电波暗室中进行电场辐射骚扰测量的原理,建立起对应的不确定度分析的数学模型,详细分析了半电波暗室中进行电场辐射骚扰测试的各不确定度分量,得到了实际测试中的不确定度数值。结果完全满足国际标准CISPR 16-4:2002的要求。
Based on measurement principle of electric field radiated disturbance in semianechoic chamber from 30MHz to 1GHz, this paper established the uncertainty evaluation model, then particularly analyzed each uncertainty component of electric field radiated disturbance measurements in semi-anechoic and obtained actual measurement uncertainty value. The results completely meet requests of international standard CISPR 16-4:2002.
