摘要
目的:探究中药汤剂联合喉镜下激光手术治疗儿童复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤的疗效及抗病毒效果。方法:研究对象选取为2011年6月—2015年6月我院收治的36例复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤患儿,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,包括联合组20例和手术组16例,联合组采用中药汤剂联合喉镜下激光手术治疗,手术组则单纯采用激光手术治疗,对比两组患儿的疗效及治疗前后的HPV-DNA水平。结果:联合组总有效率达到90.0%(18/20),显著高于手术组的56.3%(9/16),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿的HPV-DNA对比无显著差异,治疗后联合组患儿的HPV-DNA水平显著降低,手术组则无显著改善,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂联合喉镜下激光手术治疗儿童复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤的疗效确切,能够有效提高疗效,控制HPV-DNA水平,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective: To explore the effect and antiviral effect of Chinese herbal decoction combined with endoscopic laser surgeryin treating recurrent respiratory papillomatosis in children. Methods: 36 children patients with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, whowere admitted to and treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015, were selected as research objects and they were divided into thejoint group (20 cases) and the surgical group (16 cases) according to different treatment. The joint group received Chinese herbal decoctioncombined with endoscopic laser surgery while the surgical group received only laser surgery, the efficacy and HPV DNA level before andafter treatment of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the joint group reached 90.0% (18/20), which wassignificantly higher than that of surgery group, 56.3% (9/16), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); before treatment, thedifference of HPV- DNA of two groups was of no significant difference, after treatment, HPV-DNA levels of children in the joint groupdecreased significantly while that of the surgical group had no significant improvement, the difference between two groups was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal decoction combined with endoscopic laser surgery had significant curative effect intreating recurrent respiratory papillomatosis in children, it could improve the efficacy effectively and control HPV-DNA level, it wasworthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
