摘要
介绍了硝基苯催化加氢制对氨基苯酚的工艺路线 ,并对其影响因素进行了探讨 ,得出最佳制备工艺 ,即在 85℃、硫酸含量 1 7%、体积比 6 .6、氢压 0 .2MPa、反应时间 2h等条件下 ,硝基苯转化率为81 .9% ,对氨基苯酚选择性 98.9%。
The synthesis process of p aminophenol from catalytic hydrogenation of the nitrobenzene is introduced, and the factors for effecting synthesis process are approached. The best synthesis process condition is determined. In the condition that the reaction temperature is 85℃, the concentration of sulphuric acid is 17%, the volume ratio of sulphuric acid and nitrobenzene is 6.6∶1, the pressure of hydrogen is 0.2MPa, the reaction time is 2 hours, the conversion of the nitrobenzene to p aminophenol reaches to 81.9% with selectivity of 98.9%.
