摘要
采用 10 0 0L阴极转动分隔式电解槽 ,研究了硝基苯电解合成对氨基苯酚 (PAP)的工业化放大过程。当电解电流为 30 0 0~ 36 0 0A时 ,硝基苯电解的平均电流效率为 6 0 % ,硝基苯的平均转化率为 91% ,PAP平均收率为 6 7.6 % ,直流电单耗为 7.34kW·h/kgPAP。电解合成的PAP纯度在 97%以上 ,熔点平均为 187.2~ 188.4℃。
The scale-up process of electrochemical reduction of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol(PAP) in sulfuric acid solution was investigated using a 1000 L cell with rotating Cu-Hg cathode and ceramic membrane.With a current of 3000~3600 A,the average current efficiency and conversion of nitrobenzene were 60% and 91% respectively.The average yield of p-aminophenol was up to 67.6% and the DC power consumption was 7.34 kW*h/kgPAP.The purity of p-aminophenol was over 97%,and its average melting point was in the range of 187.2 to 188.4 ℃.
