摘要
在生产碳纤维原丝的过程中 ,各种工艺条件 ,如含固量、拉伸倍数、凝固浴浓度、温度、预热浴温度等对聚丙烯腈原丝结构与性能影响较大 ,根据近几年的探索和实践 ,在其他条件固定不变的情况下讨论了拉伸倍数对原丝结构和性能的影响 ,并用SEM进行了不同的拉伸倍数下原丝的横、纵截面的分析。结果表明 :拉伸倍数越大 ,原丝纤度越小 ,强度越大 ;最佳拉伸倍数为 6.5~ 7.5倍。
The structure and properties of PAN precursor are effected by different process parameters, such as solution concentration, draw ratio, the concentration and temperature of solidifying bath, preheating bath temperature and so on. This paper only discusses the effect of draw ratio on spinning with other parameters unchanged. It is shown that the morphology structure of fibre cross section by SEM technology. With expanding the draw ratio, we have found the tensile for PAN precursor has been improved, its titre has been gone down, also the optimal data of draw ratio is 6.5~7.5.
