摘要
固定其它纺丝条件,改变纺丝液的固含量,采用DMSO法进行湿法纺丝。通过离心机、金相显微镜、声速仪等对所得初生纤维进行表征。结果表明:固含量为20%时,能得到致密性好、沸水收缩率低、取向较好、具有圆形截面的初生纤维。
Keeping the other spinning conditons constant, just altering spinning solution solid content, PAN nas cent fibers were prepared with DMSO method by wet spinning. The fiber samples were characterized by centrifugal ma chine.CMM-55 microscope and sound velocity measurement. Using twenty percent of the solid content in spinning solu tion, the rusults showed that the PAN nascent fibers can be produced with circular cross section, compact, low boiling wa ter shrinkage and better tropism.
