较全面地论述了电火花成形加工工作液中的一些重要物理化学性质及其对加工和使用效果的影响。这些物化性质是 :闪点、自动着火温度、粘度、氧化稳定性、酸值、挥发率、苯胺点、介电常数、馏程、比重、含硫量、芳香烃含量等。
The key physical chemistry's performance characteristics of the sinking EDM dielectric fluids and theirs effecting on works and applications are overall discussed in this paper, besides, the best performance characteristics of the EDM dielectric fluid are proposed. The physial chemistry's performance characteristics of the EDM dielectric fluid are: flash point, auto ignition temperature, viscosity, oxiclation stability, acid number, evaporation rate, aniline point, dielectric costant, distillation range, sulfur content, aromatic hydrocarbons.
