摘要
利用流体力学原理对电火花加工中电极运动所受阻力进行了分析与计算 ,通过给定参数下的理论计算 ,揭示了加工面积、放电间隙等参数对电极运动阻力的影响规律 ,指出了电极受到较大运动阻力是造成大面积电火花精加工困难的原因之一 ,并给出了减小电极运动阻力、实现大面积电火花精加工的有效途径。
By using hydrodynamics theory, the electrode moving resistance is calculated and analyzed. With the calculation using supposed parameters, the machining area and discharge gap's affections to electrode moving resistance are revealed. It is pointed out that the larger resistance affecting on electrode is one of the reasons which causing the difficulties for large area precision EDM. The effective methods are also proposed to reduce electrode moving resistance and realize the large area precision EDM.
