摘要
高速走丝电火花线切割加工时电极丝的形位变化较大 ,严重影响线切割加工的稳定性和加工精度。如何稳定电极丝的空间形位 ,是高速走丝线切割加工亟待解决的课题。作者在大量试验研究的基础上 ,开发了一种高耐磨性的导向装置 ,能有效地稳定电极丝的空间形位 。
The form and position of wire electrode will largely vary in HS WEDM. This kind of variation would extremely affect the stability and precision of machining, so it is urgently to find a method to stabilize the form and position of wire electrode in HS WEDM. Based on sufficient experiments, a wear resistant guide device was developed. This device can effectively stabilize the form and position of wire electrode, and improve the stability and machining precision of WEDM.
