摘要
水杨醛缩氨基硫脲对青霉菌、黄萎病菌、枯萎病菌及黑曲霉菌等真菌有显著的抑制活性。Thimmaiah等认为缩氨基硫脲的抗真菌活性来自对真菌代谢过程所需金属离子的螫合作用。为了进一步了解具有生物活性的水杨醛缩氨基硫脲在溶液中与常见金属离子的作用本质。我们在半微量恒温滴定池上用pH电位法研究了该物质与铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)及镉(Ⅱ)等二价金属离子的配位作用。
Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) form 1:2(metal to ligand) complexes
with salicylaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone. The accumulative stability constants of these
complexes in aq-THF (1:1, v/v) have been determined at different temperatures(15,
20, 25, 30 and 35℃) and the thermodynamic parameters, △G°,△H°,and △S°have been
evaluated. From these results, the stability order of the complexes and the complexing
ability of the ligand have been discussed.
