摘要
介绍了三甘醇 (TEG)清洗系统的工艺流程和所存在的主要问题是自然冷却时间太长和TEG蒸气泄漏。提出该系统的改造方案为变自然冷却为强制风冷 ,把清洗釜盖的密封改为榫槽式 ,使改造后的TEG清洗系统达到了国际通用的HSE(健康、安全、环境 )的标准 ,缩短了TEG清洗后的冷却时间 ,罐体密封更加严密 ,清洗快捷。
The technological process and existed main problems of TEG cleaning system are introduced.The main problems are that the so long of unforced cooling period and the leakage of TEG steam.The modification project of this system is that changing the unforced cooling into the force cooling ,changing the sealing of cleaning tank shell into slot type .After modification , the TEG cleaning system can reach the international HSE(health,safety,environment)standard.The cooling period after TEG cleaning is shortened,tne sealing of the tank is more tightly,the cleaning is quick and convinent.
