摘要
以荧光染料单体和二聚体平衡转化为基础 ,提出了用罗丹明 6G荧光染料作为生物探针测定蛋白质的方法。罗丹明 6G在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下形成二聚体 ,蛋白质的定量加入可以使二聚体解聚 ,调节单体和二聚体的平衡转化 ,采用流动注射法进行分析。该法线性范围宽 ,灵敏度高 ,反应速度快 ,准确度高 ,抗干扰能力强。
Based on the equilibrium conversion between monomer and dimmer of fluorescent dye, a method is proposed for the determination of protein by using rhodamin 6G as fluorescent dye. The intensity of fluorescence decreased substantially when the dimmer of rhodamina 6G was formed in the presence of a cation surfactant. The quantitative addition of protein can adjust the equilibrium between monomer and dimmer. After the addition of protein, the dimmer was depolimerized and the intensity of fluorescence increased again. The determination was performed by flow injection fluorimetry. The method has the merits of wide linear range, high sensitivity, rapid reaction and strong anti interference ability. The analytical results of blood samples are satisfactory
