摘要
介绍了用反相C18液相制备色谱柱分离生物活性肽酪蛋白磷酸肽的方法。经过两次不同梯度的洗脱 ,得到了 4种不同组分的酪蛋白磷酸肽。经过氨基酸分析仪测定 ,确定了其中 3种的分子结构 ,分别为αs1(6 2 -79)、αs1(43- 79)、β(7- 2 4 )。
A method is presented for separation of biologically active casein phosphopeptides on reversed phase C 18 preparative liquid chromatographic column. After two steps of elution with different gradients (first with trifluoroacetic acid water and trifluoroacetic acid acetonitrile, then with ammonium acetate water and ammonium acetate acetonitrile),four different casein phosphopeptides were obtained. They were further analyzed by amino acid analyzer, but only three of them were identified and the molecular constructions are α s1 (62-79), α s1 (43-79) and β (7-24), respectively.
