摘要
在球铁件缺陷诊断的神经网络模型基础上 ,借助于MATLAB环境中的NEURALNETWORKTOOLBOX工具箱 ,仿真得到了一些主要影响因素对球铁皮下气孔的影响趋势图 ,并对趋势图进行了详细的分析。这些趋势图对提高球铁件质量及控制球铁生产工艺参数具有积极作用。
Based on the neural network model for diagnosing defects of ductile iron castings, the influence tendency figures of some main influence factors on surface blowhole are set up by MATLAB NEURAL NETWORK TOOLBOX. These figures are discussed in detail, it plays an important role in improving the quality and the effect for controlling processing of ductile cast iron production.
