摘要
通过对前人所做皮下气孔试验的总结,认为MgO的存在是产生这一缺陷的关键因素,并就相关现象进行了理论分析。提出了MgO促进皮下气孔形成的机理,同时讨论了生产实践中常见的解决方案。
After summarizing some tests having been done by others, it is found that MgO plays an important role in forming surface blowhole in ductile iron casting. Based on theoretical analysis on relevant facts, the mechanism that MgO Promoting formation of surface blowhole has been proposed. Some usual preventive methods in production practice were also discussed in detail.
