摘要
介绍了共振解调技术的原理及基于该技术开发的“铁路列车轴承齿轮故障监控装置”,分析了该装置即装即用的技术特征以及在机车、动车、客车走行部车载故障诊断和地面诊断等方面的应用成果。
This paper introduces the theory of'Demodulated Resonance Technique'(DRT),and the failure detec-tion equipments of bearings and gears of railroad rolling stock which has been developed based on the theory.It also ana-lyzes the technical characteristics of Plug and Play,and its applications to on train and off train failure di agnosing on the lo comotive,power car and passenger trains bogie.
