摘要
JK00430型机车走行部车载故障检测装置投入应用以来,成功地发现了多起轴承故障。文章通过对其诊断数据和轴承故障状态的分析,提出了对目前机车轴承性能状态的一些观点及通过诊断数据分析合理指导视情维修的建议。
Type JK00430 locomotive rolling stock failure monitoring device has detected many bearing failures since it was been applied. By analyzing diagnosis data and status of bearing failures, this paper presents some standpoints of locomotive bearing property of now,and also proposes some advice for service according to status diagnosis data.
