摘要
手术显微镜下对40例成人尸体脑的 Willis 氏环前部及其分支解剖观察。分析和讨论临床特别是前交通动脉瘤外科相关的问题。
Under operative microscope the anterior partof arterial circle of Willis was studied on 40adult cadavors,The main variation in A_1segments of anterior cerebral arteries(ACA)found to be unilateral aplasia or absence,Theperforating branches of A_1 include recurrentarteries of heubner,anterior perforatedarteriales and hypothalamic branches.Most ofthe 114 recurrent arterioles arise from thelateral wall of ACA 1-3mm near ACoA(anteriorcommunicating artery).We classified thearterial course into 6 types,Most of theanterior perforated arteries arise from theposterior superior wall of lateral 2/3 of A_1.There are few branches in the initial 3-5mm.part of A_1.ACoA could be classified as simpleand complicated types,locating in thesuperior,anterior or lateral of the oppticchasma respctively,there are constantforating branches over ACoA.It should becarefully treated during operation of anteriorcommunicating arterial aneurvsms
