摘要
连续定向凝固技术是将连续铸造和定向凝固结合在一起而发展起来的技术。课题组原有一套电渣感应连续定向凝固实验装置 ,由于功率的限制 ,该装置只适合于低熔点金属的连续定向凝固 ,因此 ,需要对现有设备进行改造以适应对高熔点金属连续定向凝固的研究。本文根据连续定向凝固原理 ,在原有设备的基础上 ,对原有设备进行了改造。改造后的加热系统。
Continuous unidirectional solidification technology is a new technology, which combines continuous casting technology with unidirectional solidification technology. Although our group have an Electro-slag induction unidirectional solidification system, the system is only suitable for low melting point materials because of its limitation of power capacity. So the equipment reformation must be done in order to adapt to continuous unidirectional solidification of high melting point materials.Our group improve the equipment on the basis of previous machine. Making use of improved heating-system and inducting-system cooling-system, we produce successfully high melting point bar with continuous unidirectional solidification structure.
