摘要
利用具有模糊自整定PID控制功能的AI-808人工智能温度控制器、触摸屏和PLC组成的控制系统,来实现热型连铸过程中的温度、液位高度和牵引速度控制。实践表明,该系统具有操作简单、运行可靠、开发周期短、人机界面友好、能承受恶劣环境和使用方便等优点。
A control system for realizing temperature,fluid position height and pulling velocity during Ohno continuous casting process was described,which was composed of AI-808 artificial intelligent temperature controller with fuzzy self regulating to decide PID control function,touchscreen and PLC.The practical application shows that the control system exhibits the advantages of simple operation,reliable work and short developing period,friendly man-computer interface as well as subjected to adverse circumstance.
