带钢对中调节装置液压系统改造及仿真研究 被引量:1

Improvement and Simulation of the Hydraulic System for Strip Steel Centering Adjusting Device

摘要 针对国内某冷轧薄板酸洗生产线带钢对中装置存在的问题,提出了设备改造方案,进行了液压系统的机械及控制系统改造设计,设计了模糊自整定PID控制器并进行了仿真研究,结果表明该控制器能够满足实际工作的要求。 The improvement method of the strip steel centering device for acid-pickling production line in a domestic cold-rolled sheet factory was proposed, according to the problems occurring to the device. Mechanical and control system rebuilding were made for the hydraulic servo system of the device. The hydraulic servo control system was studied by means of establishing mathematic model and simulating on computer, with the help of self-tuning fuzzy PID control method. The controller designed satisfy actual control demand well.
