摘要
指出了城镇排水中存在的主要问题 :城镇环境的变化导致排水能力降低以及排水设计中暴雨强度公式和水力设计问题。提出了应采取的对策 :修建城市雨水利用工程、修订暴雨强度公式、对现有雨水管道实施改造和扩建、采用基于可靠性的雨水管道水力设计方法等。
The paper points out the main problems of urban drainage:the drainage capacity decreasing due to changes of urban environment,the formula of storm intensity in drainage design and the problem of hydraulic design.This paper gives some countermeasures:building engineering for utilizing urban rainwater resources,revising formula of storm intensity,remaking and extending available storm sewers,using hydraulic design method on the basis of reliability and so on.
