摘要
我国于 2 0 0 1年 8月颁布了《中华人民共和国防沙治沙法》,把我国防沙治沙法律化 ,标志着我国防沙治沙工作从此进入法制化轨道。荒漠化监测是正确评价荒漠化的基础 ,是制定荒漠化防治规划的前提 ,同时发布预警预报 ,避免和减轻灾害所造成损失 ,为环境保护提供依据 ,也是参与国际交流与合作的基础。沙化土地监测报告制度是防沙治沙法的一项重要制度 ,依照荒漠化监测原则 ,定期实施荒漠化土地宏观监测。
The law of China for desert defense and control has been published.Some item in the law is about desertification monitor.The desertification monitor is the base of desertification evaluation and the desert control plans,and could provide some bases for environment protection and international communications ,it also could forecast the disaster of desertification and sand storm.So according to the rule of desertification monitor,we should regular the monitor work by macroscopic monitor,key region monitor and the typical case monitor.
