摘要
利用卫星影像多信息特征,目视解译调查地质、地貌、植被、土地利用现状、土壤侵蚀等水土保持规划相关因了,建立数据库;运用传统方法调查水土流失治理的财力、物力、人力投入定额与产出效益;在此基础上利用计算机技术制定改梯、发展经济林、营造水土保持林等水土流失综合防治规划。
The geology,geomorphology,vegetation,land use,soil erosion and other factors related to soil conservation planning were interpretated on the basis of landstat images.This information was then used to create a data base.The input quota and the output effects of the funds,the material resources and the manpower required for soil and water loss c6ntrol were investigated by means of the traditional methods.Using computer techniques,a comprehensive plan for soil and water loss control,excluding measures of transforming slopes into terraces,developing the economic forest,planting the soil conservation forest,and etc.,was formulated by the map units (the parcels)
