摘要
利用改进的电刷镀技术研制具有层状结构的复合镀层 ,探索了利用多种固体粒子(Cr2 O3、SiC、ZrO、Al2 O3等 )构成多层复合镀层的可能性与工艺上的可行性。此外 ,还研究了多层复合镀层的组织、结构、显微硬度以及耐磨性等性能。
Multiplayer composite coatings were prepared using improved brush plating technology. The possibility and feasibility of obtaining multiplayer composite coatings with various hard paticles(Cr 2O 3,SiC,ZrO,Al 2O 3 etc.)were studied. In addition, microstructure, composition, microhardness and wear resistance were examined. The research results can be used in repairing and surface strengthening of worn machinery parts,and have practical uses.
