摘要
通过研究模具堆焊用马氏体时效钢金属粉芯焊丝堆焊层金属的热处理工艺及其显微组织的变化 ,分析了堆焊层金属强化机理。研究表明 ,1 8Ni马氏体时效钢是以时效时析出强化相的方式通过阻止位错运动而强化的 ,堆焊层固溶时存在的相转变滞后现象有助于时效时第二相大量、弥散、均匀地析出 ,显著加强时效强化的效果 ,同时晶粒细化也是硬度提高的原因之一 ,所研制焊丝的堆焊层金属进行时效后 ,可大幅度提高硬度。最终确定的固溶处理工艺为 92 0℃× 1h,水冷 ;时效工艺为 50 0℃× 3h ,空冷。
This paper analyze strengthening mechanism through study on heat treatment technology of hardfacing metal of metal cored wire of maraging steel. The study indicate that 18Ni Maraging steel is strengthened though strengthening phases which is separated out on aging time to prevent remotion of dislocation. It is propitious to separated out a great deal second phase that lag phenomena of phase transform in solid solution treatment of hardfacing metal and increase distinctly strengthen effect. It is a factor of increasing rigidity that crystal grain fimed. Age of hardfacing metal of metal cored wire can increase distinctly rigidity. The research comfire that solid solution treatment technology is 920 ℃×1 hr and aging technology is 500 ℃×3 h.$$$$
