摘要
对华能玉环发电厂4×1000MW超临界机组用P91钢管的现场焊接热处理工艺进行了工业实践,确定了较佳的热处理工艺规范,质量检验结果表明,在合理工艺规范下,P91钢管焊缝硬度平均值为HB210~245,焊缝区金相组织为典型的回火马氏体组织,均达到了设计要求。该工艺对于指导电厂安装,提高生产效率具有很大的指导意义。
The industrial heat treatment for welded inward P91 pipe was practiced in Huaneng Yuhuan ultra-supercritical poweer plany,through which got the optimum technology procedure.the quality detechtion results show that in the rational procedure the average hardness of weled requirements.It has a big meaning for directing assemblage and increasing operating efficiency for power plant cinstruction.
