摘要
对氨苄西林的三种含量测定方法即电位滴定法、硫醇汞盐 -UV法和高效液相色谱法进行对比分析。三种方法测得结果没有显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,硫醇汞盐 -UV法和电位滴定法与高效液相色谱法测得的结果具有可比性 ,高效液相法能与杂质分离 ,结果精密度较好 ,且更准确、可靠。
A comparison studies for determination of ampicillin with three methods, such as HPLC, the imidazole spectrophotometric and the mercury nitrate potentiometric titration method, were carried out. The results show that there was no significant statistical significant difference. The HPLC method is more reproducible, accurate and reliable.
