对河北省水土资源状况、农业可持续发展内涵及水土资源承载力等问题进行了分析 。
Several basic problems concerning water and soil resources sustainable utilization are investigated, including the status of soil and water resources, the meaning of sustainable development of agriculture, and the bearing capacity of soil and water resources.
