摘要
妊娠高血压综合征 (简称 :妊高征 )是妊娠期妇女特有的疾病 ,患者常表现出凝血、纤维蛋白溶解、血小板及血管内皮细胞功能异常 ,这些凝血机制的异常在妊高征的发病和预后中起着重要的作用。
Pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) is a disease happened in the pregnant women with disorders in thrombotic and fibrinolytic systems,dysfunctions in platelets and vascular endotheliums.These abnormities play important roles in the pathogenesis and prognosis of PIH.This article makes a simple review on the changes and its mechanisms of thrombosis and haematostasis function in pregnancy induced hypertension.
