摘要
本文综述了近年来用于临床的海洋药物和正处于研究开发的海洋药物。藻酸双酯钠改善微循药物;甘糖酯(PGMS)治疗高脂血症;海力特改善肝功能;甲壳胺使创口愈合;褐藻多糖硫酸酯(FPS)用于慢性肾功能衰竭;鱼油烯康能防治老年性痴呆症;靛红(isatin)降低血胆固醇。
s This article reviewed the clinic application and new research progresses of marine drugs in recent years.Propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate(PSS)has been used to improve microcirculation while mannose ester has been used to treat hyperlipemia;Hailite,chifosan and brown algae polysaccharide sulfate have been used to improve hepatic function,make quick wound repair and treat chronic renal failure respectively.Concentrated fish oil can prevent and treat senile dementia;Isatin has the effect of deceasing blood cholesterol level.
