摘要
为了探讨原发性肝癌低发区的危险因素,在广东省的低发区五华县进行了病例对照研究。结果表明:肝炎史(OR1171,705~1945)、饮用河沟水(OR386,206~722)、经常吃咸鱼咸菜(OR337,183~622)与原发性肝癌的发生有关。是该地区的主要危险因素。研究还表明,饮用绿茶与原发性肝癌的发生呈负相关(OR043,021~087),提示绿茶有一定的抑癌作用,居民常饮绿茶可能是该地区成为原发性肝癌低发区的主要原因之一。
A case control study on primary hepatic carcinoma was conducted in lower incidence area,Wu Hua conunty,Guangdong province.103 cases were selected,and controls were selected in neighbour village and matched by age and sex.The conditional logistic regression model was used.The results showed that the risk factors for PHC in this area were:history of hepatitis group (OR 11 71,7 05~19 45),drinking river and ditch water group (OR 3 86,2 06~7 22),often eating salted vagetables and salted fish group (OR3 37,1 83~6 22).The results suggested that green tea drinking (OR 0 43,0 21~0 87) seemed to be the peventive factor for PHC.
