摘要
采用分层整群抽样在江苏省抽取城乡８层样本进行调查。结果显示，江苏省２０岁以上社区人群糖尿病（ＤＭ）、糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）患病率为５８２％、５８７％，按１９８２年全国人口年龄构成标化患病率为４６３％、５０７％，并随年龄、体质指数增大而增高，随体力活动强度增加而降低，ＤＭ家族史阳性者高于阴性者，城镇高于乡村，女性高于男性。
Through stratified cluster sampling a crooss sectional study of 8734 inhabitants in the community of six cities of Jiangsu Province was conducted during October 1996 and January 1997 to determine the prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) and its associated factors.According to the WHO diagnostic criteria for NIDDM,508 casses were investigated and verified as non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM),and 48 62% of them were newly diagenosed NIDDM.The results showed that the prevalence of DM and IGT of inhabitants aged 20 or older in the community of Jiangsu Province was 5 82% and 5 87%,age standardized prevalence was 4 63% and 5 07%,respectively,which increased significantly with age and body mass index(BMI),decreased significantly with occupational physical exercise.The prevalence of DM in urban population was higher than that in rural,the prevalence of the female was higher than that of the male.This study provided a baseline data on DM and IGT in Jiangsu Province for the first time,showed that the prevalence of DM was in a high level,and suggested that the prevention and control of DM was a urgent task for our health service.
