摘要
不同聚集态的捕光色素蛋白复合物LHCII(Light-harvesting Complex II)在调节植物光能的吸收和传递上有重要意义。用蔗糖密度梯度离心方法从菠菜类囊体膜上分离出LHCII单体和三聚体,采用超快时间分辨荧光光谱技术,对这两种不同聚集形式的蛋白质复合物的光谱特性、时间特性及色素分子间能量传递的超快过程做研究,并由此推测在植物体内,通过捕光复合物不同聚集态的相互转换来实现光能的吸收传递,从而适应外界光环境的变化。
The function of assimilating and transferring light energy is fulfilled by the Light-harvesting ComplexⅡ.The LHCII Monomer and Trimer can be separated from thylakoids of spinach.The technology of ultrafast time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy has been carried out to study the fluorescence spectral properties and energy transfer properties of them.And conversion between the aggregations makes green plants fit for the change of external light environment.
