摘要
乡村公共舆论是乡村社会有序运行的重要基础。当前农村社会正在经历深刻变迁,乡村公共舆论对农村社会的评价和指导作用日益微弱。在社会化小农阶段,农户的生产生活和交往越来越脱离乡村共同体,熟人社会逐渐"陌生化"。同时,传统道德资源和集体主义道德的共同缺失,使农村社会道德资源愈加匮乏,经济利益最大化成为乡村成员的行为准则。乡村公共舆论发挥作用的基础正在遭到严重侵蚀,其对共同体成员的制约作用也大大弱化。社会主义新农村建设要以公共文化为核心来推动乡村公共舆论复兴,实现农村社会的和谐有序。
The public opinion of villages is the importa nt foundation of an orderly functioned village society.At present,the village society is suffering great changes,the evaluation and' guidance of the village public opinion on the village society is getting worse and worse.During the period of the socialized petty farmer,the production life and communication of farmers is getting separated from the village community,and the acquaintance society is becoming defamiliarized.Meanwhile,the traditional moral resource and collectivism moral is fading together,which makes the moral source of the village society is missing,and the economic interests' maximization has become to the behavior standard of the village members.The function of the village public opinion is being badly influenced,and the limitation to the common community members is getting worse.The construction of the new socialist village should be based on the core of public culture to push the village public opinion recovery forward and to realize a harmonious and orderly village society.
