摘要
农村合作组织是农民走向协作、互助和共生的重要途径。熟人社会背景下,中国农村合作组织的实际运作有其自身的逻辑。在新农村建设中,究竟应该发育农民组织还是应该组织农民?我们认为,农民合作组织是比较成功的一种模式。纯粹的"原子化"农民是不存在的,农村分户经营的农民实际上一刻也没有离开过合作,随着小农社会化程度逐步加深,农村合作亦日益加强。中国农民并不是天生的"善分不善合",一切取决于时间、地点和条件构成的农民利益。在利益的驱动下,农民既善分也善合。政府能够做的只是提供他们合作的法律和政策环境。
The rural cooperative organization provides an important means for peasants to cooperate, help each other an＇d develop mutually. In the society of acquaintances, the rural cooperative organization in China has its own law in operation. In the process of building new countryside, should peasants be organized or should peasant organization be promoted？ This article holds that the rural cooperative organization is a comparatively successful model. It＇s believed that the purely ＂atomized＂ peasant doesn＇t exist and peasants, though operating on the basis of household, have never been away from cooperation. With the growing socialization of peasants, rural cooperation is turning strong. Peasants in China are not born with a preference for separate operation than cooperation, and all depend on their interests. Motivated by interests, peasants will be happy to cooperate with others, and the government should provide them with laws and policies conducive to their cooperation.
