摘要
本文详细介绍了企业业务流程重组的两种主要方法——系统化改造法和全新设计法,并对二者的优缺点进行了对比性的分析。结合企业业务流程重组的失败经验,本文认为企业进行业务流程重组,应该采取两种重组方法相结合的方式。企业应在系统分析各个现有流程的基础上,根据各个流程的特点选取其合适的重组方法。
After introducing the two methods of the BPR in detail: systemic rebuilding method and brand-new designing method, and generally comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, and connecting to the failure experience of BPR, the author proposes that when the firms apply BPR, they should combine the two methods according to different situations and choose the right one for each process.
