摘要
本研究证实河弧菌生物Ⅰ型是尖吻鲈(Latescalcarifer)体表溃烂病的致病菌.从患病尖吻鲈病灶上分离到34株菌,其中4株菌为强毒菌株,这4株菌进行人工感染,死亡率均为100%,症状与自然发病相似.根据这4株菌的形态及生理生化特征,这4株菌应归入河弧菌生物Ⅰ型(VibriofluvialisbiovarⅠ).
This paper describes the symptoms of Vibriosis and the characters of its pathogenic bacteria which are epidemic in some Lates calcarifer in Guangdong Province.Thirty-four strains were isolated from diseased fish and four strains were shown to be the cause of the disease by artifical infection experiments. The symptoms were similar to that of natural incidence. These strains were Gram negative (G-) short rods with a single polar flagellum, sensitive to 0/129 phosphate (150μg). They can grow on TCBS and can’t produce H2S. V. P reaction was negative, oxidase and catalase positive, urease and lysine decarboxylase negative, They can utilize D-fructose. L-arabinose, D-galactose maltose, sucrose,salicin, mannitol, trehalose, weakly utilize cellobiose, putrescine, can’t utilize D-xylose.Melibiose、Lactose L-rhamnose. According to morphological features, physiological and biochemical characteristics of these strains, they were assigned to Vibrio fluvialis biovar Ⅰ.
