摘要
水资源短缺已成为影响着全球经济与社会可持续发展的重要制约因素。因此,如何保障水资源的可持续利用以支持经济社会的可持续发展意义重大。通过分析管理体制对水资源可持续利用的作用与影响,探讨水资源管理体制改革,以保障水资源的可持续利用。
Water has been an important constrain factor influencing global sustainable development of economy and society. Therefore, it is significant how to support the economic and social sustainable development by guaranteeing sustainable use of water resources. By analyzing the role and impact of management institution to sustainable use of water, the paper discusses about water management institution reform and guaranteeing sustainable utilization of water resources.
