摘要
本文分析了水资源的系统性 ,提出了创立适合于中国国情的水资源集成化管理模式。
Based on the system character of water resources, the paper pointed out that water resources should be managed with a type of model different from the old one, which can be called the model of integrated water management. And it also discussed the specific contents and thought basis of integrated management. Finally, the paper suggests that the application of the integrated water management model should fit the concrete situation of China.
